It is very important to drink enough water, especially during the holidays. Many of us tend to overeat during this time of year because there is food everywhere! Try to keep a water bottle with you at all times. When it is empty, fill it up. If you will drink water, you will find it easier to avoid eating when you are really not hungry. And, often when we think we are hungry, we are actually just thirsty. When I see pretzels, I can’t pass them by. I have to eat them. Because they are salty, I really need water.
